Carl Kuby, President of The Kuby Company,  is a senior consultant with forty years experience in administration, supervision, project coordination, recruitment, personnel training, public relations, long-range planning, writing/editing, conferencing, marketing, budget development, financial management, legal insurance sales, yacht and business brokerage.  Since 1997 he has been representing business owners and buyers in the southeast and across America.  He has held membership with the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors, M&A Source and is a Certified Business Counselor (CBC).

Wesley also maintains his life, health, disability income, and long-term care insurance licenses in numerous states. He has achieved the Chartered Life Underwriters (CLU®) designation and his Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) designation. In his role, Wesley focuses on approaching financial planning from a holistic, comprehensive perspective while listening to his clients’ needs and providing advice based on sound fiduciary principles.
 
Wesley was born and raised in Gadsden, Alabama. He has been married to Jennifer since 1999, and they have three children, Cole, Carly, and Cason. Wesley enjoys managing and hunting on his land in Ashville, Alabama. He is active in youth baseball and has coached his sons' teams for many years. Wesley is also heavily involved with Westbrook Christian School and is President of the W Club.

Monty spent a significant portion of career as an industry CFO in the private sector and he has owned and operated several of his own businesses.  Thus, his experience comes from being directly in the trenches.

The Kuby Company is pleased to be in association with Adam F. Kemmerling, the owner of AFK Accounting. Adam lives in Deltona, FL and travels frequently to the Columbus, Ohio area which is where he is originally from. He is married to his wife Jennifer who is a Registered Nurse and has 7 children. He has been serving the community for nearly three decades in a variety of ways from licensed foster parent to a retail furniture and mattress store owner in Ohio. The second office of AFK Accounting is located in Worthington, Ohio.

Adam went into the Accounting and Forensic Accounting area because of his love of numbers, he looks at them as a puzzle that needs to fit together. The forensic piece excites him because he enjoys finding where the money went, which is why he enjoyed his nearly 5 years in the Fraud department at JP Morgan Chase Bank. He has been preparing tax returns for over 20 years and graduated from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio Summa Cum Laude with a dual major in Accounting and Forensic Accounting. He is also a proud member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

Before transitioning to an accountant role full-time, he spent 18 years in the retail furniture business. He started as a young salesman and through hard work ethic instilled upon him by his father, he worked his way up and ended up owning his own company of 4 stores with a good friend. He has dealt with every aspect of the retail business as well, which comes in handy when helping clients with their business needs.
